Those Funny Animals

Funny dog eyebrows

A clergyman had just enjoyed
a hearty chicken dinner at the home
 of a rural parishioner.
 Gazing out the window,
 he remarked:
"That rooster seems a mighty proud
 and happy bird."

          "He should," the host replied.
"His oldest son just entered the ministry."

Up until the 1970s, color photography was extremely rare,
and so when we think about history prior to that time,
we often envision it in black and white.
Today’s technology now enables us to “colorize” historical photos,
giving us our only chance at seeing
what the world really looked like back then

Claude Monet in 1923.

Lou Gehrig, July 4, 1939.
Photo taken right after his famous retirement speech.
He would pass away just two years later from ALS.

Helen Keller meeting comedian Charlie Chaplin in 1918.

Albert Einstein, 1921.

. American Poet Walt Whitman, 1868.

Joan Crawford on the set of Letty Lynton, 1932.

A young Louis Armstrong

Henry Ford, 1919.

Babe Ruth’s 1920 Baseball debut.

Nazi Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels
scowls at a Jewish photographer, 1933.

When I go to a local discount store to get oil and filters for my car,
I buy my wife a bouquet of flowers on display near the checkout counter.
During one trip, some women in line behind me
were oohing and aahing about a husband getting flowers for his wife.
"How often do you do that?" one asked.

Before I could answer, the cashier,
more than familiar with my routine, said,
"Every three months or 3,000 miles,
whichever comes first."

A guy walked into a crowded bar,
waving his model 1911 Colt .45 caliber pistol
with an 8 round magazine, and yelled,
“Who in here has been having my wife?”
A voice from the back of the bar yelled back,
“You need more ammo!”

Builder throws SAWBLADE through 2x4!
This carpenter is certainly skilled in new home construction
utilizing only the minimal tools required to do the job.
Watch as this builder throws a saw blade through 2×4
in this extreme carpenter video.
Do Not try this at home as this man is a professional!

Gucci Presents: Men’s Tailoring
(Director’s Cut)
The director’s cut of “Men’s Tailoring” from Gucci
is an entertaining advertisement in the form
of a short film about a well dressed man.
The man wears a nice suit,
shoes that are polished by a professional,
and gets his haircut by a barber who still uses a straight razor.
These are all timeless traits of the well dressed gentleman.
The film ends with a line that will make many Italians
happy but might upset a few Englishmen
