Garbage men fight the garbage can

Garbage collectors aren't supposed to dispose of garbage cans,
 just empty them.
 But what if it's outlived its usefulness?
How do you dispose of it? 
 A garbage can that had holes burned into it,
 and after sitting around for a year or so,
 it had to go. It wasn't that easy. 
This crew wasn't all that sure about what to do
 with a a garbage garbage can,
 and even when they were, they had a hard time doing it
. Lucky for us, there was a home security camera 
that caught all the action.

 has taken to the skies once again.

 General Emil Bocek paid a visit to Biggin Hill recently
