Australian Christmas tree, 

 parasitic tree of one of the mistletoe families 

(Loranthaceae),

 native to western Australia.

 The tree may grow to 10 metres 

(33 feet) or more] 

and produces many yellow-orange flowers

 during the Christmas season.
